Hostel A1 is a premium student accommodation brand aimed at delivering comfort, safety, and a vibrant community experience. To amplify its digital presence and reach more potential tenants, a comprehensive social media management and design strategy was implemented. This included poster and brochure design to support both digital and offline marketing within a fast-paced campaign timeline.

Overview
We developed a cohesive visual and messaging identity for Hostel A1’s Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp marketing channels, complemented by high-quality posters and brochures for offline promotions. The tone was welcoming, modern, and student-centric, highlighting features like 24×7 security, Wi-Fi, furnished rooms, mess services, and community events.
Challenge
The key challenge was conveying complete information without overwhelming the audience, especially in poster and brochure formats. Capturing the hostel’s unique value proposition while making the content visually attractive required multiple design iterations.
We also had to maintain platform-specific content sizing and formatting for social media (e.g., Instagram Reels, Stories, and Grid Posts), ensuring optimal engagement.
Solution
To make the campaign impactful and informative:
- Created a week-long content calendar with daily posts and stories
- Designed brochures and posters optimized for both print and WhatsApp sharing
- Delivered editable templates for reuse during admission seasons
- Used Canva, Photoshop, and Instagram Business Tools for content design and scheduling
Results
The social media pages saw a 35% boost in engagement within the campaign week. Posters were circulated across nearby colleges and received positive responses from student communities. The brochures helped inquiries convert into walk-in visits, proving their utility in both digital and traditional marketing environments.
